3 months after cancellation and STILL NO PAYMENT

My son-in-law took over our subscription of DSTV. My daughter made contact with Multichoice on the 8th of October 2013 telephonically and the lady assured her the money will be available in 7-10 working days. She phoned again after 3 weeks and the man said that there is a delay in their system but he will contact me tommorrow. He never called. Countless emials was sent to Multichoice and yet no answers was revealed. After I published a report on Hello Peter Multichoice called to say sorry for the delay but the cheque will be in the bank that Monday. Now its 2014 the 10th of January and still no R240 from Multichoice. Now I want to know am I going to get interest on my R240?
