Poor viewing since Starsat took ove

I Nigel Roets am very dissappointed the viewing off most channels and broadcasting of sound.majority off all the channels freezes for a split second for approximately every 5-10minutes and the sound quality is very poor especially with movie channels, and this is not happenening during bad or rainy weather but all the time, please can someone advise or tell me what is the problem? This has been going on since december and if this is not sotred out soon I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription and move to dstv.please call me 0722435499 or email [Email Removed] to advise?
