Multichoice gets the billing wrong EVERY MONTH!!!

I pay my subscription monthly. Multichoice invoices me a different amount every month. I phone into the call centre to correct it before the first of each month. I then pay the amount. I'm generally cut off on the 2nd of each month because they claim I've "short paid". THEY CANNOT TELL ME WHAT THE EXTRA AMOUNTS ARE FOR!!! EVERY SINGLE MONTH!
