We have on numerous occasions requested you to send me statements as we only pay on a statement as our bill is never the same. If you post it to us late you will receive your payment late. The reason we pay on statements is that when we had a debit order running you my money out of my bank You better not charge us for the time it was off as this will be and we are not prepared to pay for the re reconnection fee as it is due to the incompetents of Multichoice. If this does not get resolved soon and after communicating with yourselves for more than three years and many promises have been made I will have no choice but to take alternative steps.
Stop steeling my money!
