My name is Mrs Harrower and I'm 60 years of age. I had called Multichoice last week regarding a dstv problem at my home.

A young gentleman by the name Thulani Khomo came to my assistance. Thulani was so friendly and understood that us as old people we do not have knowledge when it comes to latest technology. He was very and extremely patient with me as he was assisting me.

There was a point which he felt sorry for me because I have two Tv environments and I had to go up and down to check on the first Tv if it gave me channels while on the second Tv I received an error. He suggested that I should wait because everything on his side it is activate and he will give me a call around 13:15 to check if everything it is okay. The call took almost 50 minutes trying to solve the query, but him being a good service agent he never seem to have a problem with the time at all.

Multichoice needs more agent like him and I admit to say that Vodacom and Edcon lost a very good agent as he told me he was working there previously.

Thulani you are one of a kind my child and keep up the good work.
