Not only did they provide a bad service from their call centre agents they also double charged me, LOL, I'm sure they didn't want me to write to you "Hello Peter"
I'm appalled at the service some of its employees provide to us paying customers. With Multichoice/DStv being a brand that it is, I was given wrong information, the first day I tried logging a query. An agent didn't log a call, they can' trace our discussion. #EpicFail. I owe them R289 and wanted to pay R300 and by mistake another zero was pressed and it ended up being R3000 in their account, Since Sat, 25 May, I'm the one calling them, they only called me cause I "TWEETED" to & about them. Their systems & controls delivered by their Call centre agents are bad, worse of all I am now going to get R2 412.70. (See their response)
