When I stopped at 3 Checkers stores and 2 Shoprites throughout Gauteng (Pretoria to Soweto) on Saturday 2Feb to collect my parking ticket for The Red Hot Chilli Peppers concert, I was shocked to find the Computicket service offline at all of the stores. This is shocking considering that almost 90 000 people attended the concert and I am sure that others also had problems.
I phoned computicket and was told that we would NOT be allowed to park without the actual ticket (I had a printed reference sheet) but they also couldn't explain why they were offline in so many stores on such an important day. Unnacceptable!
