Peter please help. I had it with them. I have a outstanding quire from jULY 2013, nOW jAN 2014. i MADE A PAYMENT AND THEY NEVER PICK IT UP I FAX THE BANK STATEMENT SINCE END JULY, STILL NOT CORRECTED. THEY SWITCH MY DSTV OFF EVERY MOTH, AND EVERY MONTH, I HAVE TO EXPLAIN THE SAME STORY. I HAD SPOKEN TO SO MANY PEOPLE, AND I9 RECEIVE CASE NUMBERS FROM MULTI CHOICE, ONE OF THEIR CONSULTANTS EVEN SAID THAT A CUSTOMER CAN THEIR BANK STATEMENT, EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO OAY THE RECONNECTION CHARGES ALSO. I REALLY THINK THAT MULTICHOICE MUST EXPLAIN, WHAT IS GOING ON, AND I WILL ALSO LIKE TO HAVE ANOTHER MONTH FREE WATCHING.
