On 24 June 2013 I e-mailed a signed letter to Multichoice to confirm that my husband will be taking over the dstv and all payments and that the credit on the account must be paid directly into my account. 25 June 2013 I received a call requesting a letter from my husband. Done and e-mailed to them! That night we had to phone them again, as nothing has been done! Then suddenly they also wanted a bank statement from me, not saying so in previous calls or e-mails. E-mailed bank statement with all documents on 25 June 2013! Made another enquiry regarding payment and informed on 29 June 2013 it takes 14 work days for cheque to be approved! 14 days from 24 June would then be was 12 July and from 25 July was 15 July! Still nothing. And why do I have to be satisfied to wait another 7 - 10 working days for cheque to be cleared, when they demand payment either CASH, EFT OR DEBIT ORDER and they expect payment on time every month! Why am I not receiving the same courtesy??? STILL WAITING FOR MY PAYMENT 16/17 WORKING DAYS LATER!
