ABSA Life Staff are Pathetic!!!

Every single month since I took out my ABSA Life Policy I get a letter without fail saying that I have not made my payment. I find this absolutely riduculous as I have set up a 25 year stop order on my FNB account which goes off every month on the 26th.
When it was investigated I was told that I make irregular payments. Your staff actually told me that when they have my proof of payment infront of them with all payments reflecting that I paid on the 26th!!!
My husband also has an ABSA Life account and your staff cancelled his policy without warning when he too had made the payment!!!
My husband also gets phone call every month to ask when is he going to make his payment for his vehicle. Yes, a payment that is only due on the 30th of the month and yet they phone without fail every month on the 20th. My husband loves wasting your money. This month he will tell them his not paying because he has no money, next month he asks why must he pay, keeps your staff on the phone for -30 minutes and they believe every word he says. Yet you will see he makes payments every month well before the due date!
You people are absolutely PATHETIC and I regret taking this policy out with you!!!
