I have recently stayed at the Sun City Vacation club unit 138, the first poor service levels started from a request of an early check in as we arrived at the resort at 12.30 as my husband was playing golf at the Lost city, I was told that I needed to wait as the units are not ready so together with my 3 kids, the youngest of which is 5 months old and my 60 year old mother, we waited till after 4pm, on arriving at the unit I was totally appalled at the state of accomodation, everything in the unit was sub standard to say the least, the first issue I had was that of water leaking from a light switch, we had no braai stand even though I was told the unit has 1, we had major problems with the showers, which after a struggle we got to work, we prepared meals and had some grocery items and the kids food out on the kitchen counter, early the next morning we encountered cockroaches which I reported, I was told then that I could move units only to find the other unit was just the same and had a huge flight of stairs that my mother will battle with the freezer had no shelves, I was given Raid incase I encountered cockroaches again... is this what you expect from a resort like Sun City
