Sun City Vacation Club Resort Luxury Units

I have a Luxury Unit at the Sun City Vacation Club and a year ago we had a terrible Hail storm at Sun City and none of these units, which you paid a lot of money for, has any kind of protection! My Vehicle got badly damaged! I wrote to Mr Brian Stocks and asked him if they can put up Carports at the units. I resend my mails to him a few times with no feedback! We pay a huge amount of money for the use of these units, the least they can do is provide cover for your vehicle. Value for money is all I am asking for. The day visitors at Sun City have Carports why not the people that stay there for a week? At least make an effort to answer me and try to solve our problem. A lot of Vehicles got damaged that time. I even had to leave earlier because I could not drive my Car, the back window was totally out! I do not even feel like using my unit next year because I am afraid that could happen again. As a result of the hail damage I occurred a lot of extra financial expenses and are not willing to take the chance again. I begged them to answer me but with no results. They did offer me a once off opportunity to park at the Palace but that is very inconvenient and it was only once off.
