My money, but refuse to give it back!!!

On 1 January 2013 I contacted Multichoice to downgrade my package from full view to the R20 package. That was done quickly and without any hassle. Then on the 2nd my account was debited with the full amount. Almost R500 from my account WITHOUT my approval. I phoned the call centre to advise them of this and also to tell them to put it back into my account as my account was reflecting a minus balance and the Banks do not allow this, except if you have an overdraft facility, which I don't. I waited the 5 to 7 working days and on the 12th or 13th phoned them again to tell them that the money has still not been paid over to me. Lots of excuses and more promises to pay it immediately as I have been waiting long.By the 18th, still nothing, so I phone again. The lady that helped me advised it will be paid immediately and should show on Monday, the 21st. I am still waiting for them to pay back the money that they from my account and which is legally mine. If they want to insist on not paying the credit back, I will open a case of and with the SAPS. I want my money back, and I want it back NOW!!! Sick and tired of empty promises!
