Multichoice unlawfully took money out of my account and after fighting with them for 4 weeks i have not been refunded, after several consultants have promised it will be done. Now i have to wait until February 2014 to MAYBE get my money back. They never call you back when they say they will either, their service is utterly pathetic to say the least. I will be opening a case of soon maybe that will get them to take me seriously. They are full of empty promises but they are very quick to take your money!
