Takeover is a major disaster???

Top TV/StarStat nobody can assist you when you want to make your monthly payment. I phoned and get a very stupid recording if your tv is black unplug it at the wall this carries on and on. Eventually I got through and she said she will transfer me to the customer service and I am caller number 7 my call was never answered.
The menu's currently is incorrect and the pictures is terrible or frozen how long will this carry on and must we really pay for this.
As an old and loyal customer for Top TV I never experienced any problems but dont StarStat have any staff members working??? or are they not allowed to say anything.???
Can someone please call me to inform me what amount I need to pay as there is only 1 day left before payment must be done and I will not pay a connection fee.
