1. Payment was done on the 31-12-2013, person from accounts called to confirm receipt of payment. Service is tried calling most of yesterday and today, cannot get through to the number (086 086 7827), there is a recording telling you about installation process. This is so frustrating as we are unable to watch television at all, especially when you are following programs, competition shows, etc.
2. The "Starplus" channel's entire menu is off, all programs are gone in completely different time slots and the menu is incorrect. Most of the other channels are the same story.
