Yesterday morning I contacted the sterkinekor in Parow. I asked if they were showing Madea's Tyler Perry Christmas as well as that I have an 8 year old son if he can join me, I was told there should not be a problem. I live in Table View and proceeded to go to this establishment. When I arrived there was one person selling the tickets and the queue was very long, I patiently waited half an hour, but in between me waiting I proceeded to ask someone (little did I know that it was the manageress) and she responded that there is only ever been one person selling, I answered by saying this is ridiculous as you have plenty staff members just standing around and the queue was passed the escalator. when I eventually got to the front I was told that my son whom I called in earlier about would not be able to go in the cinema as the age restriction was 10PG I said but I called in and spoke to a lady (apparently I didn't according to them). I then requested to speak to the manageress which I was told was too busy to see me I was horrified, eventually after her doing the banking (which I was told) she came out with an attitude problem. Not even apologising for keeping me waiting. Disgusted...
