Customer services = non-existent, pathetic and useless!

087 944 4100, hop around the stupid menu for I don't know how long, eventually they pick up and then hang up?
Tried this numerous times before giving up on wasting my time trying to get through!
So what the use of having customer services if you cannot even speak to the customers?

I regret ever applying for this stupid card!
