I called TopTv today to give me my account balance so that payment could be made, i also asked once payment is made how long before it is picked up on topTv's side and re-activated. i spoke to a guy (Nomasonke) and his response was that for an eft from a Standard bank account to Toptv account, from the time payment is made it will take 3 minutes to pick up on their side and they will re-activate. payment was made and i called to find out if it was picked up, this time (Tumelo) assisted me and let me know that the payment i made will only reflect tomorrow.
clearly the Call Centre staff are not trained, if one consultant has a different story to the other. I am definitly not impressed and do not think i will go out my way to re-activate these top Tv services ever again.
