Pathetic Service And Rude Manageress

As I am off today, Sat. 28/12/2013, I decided to go early, 12h00, to buy my ticket for the 17h00 screening of The Hobbit. However, when I got there I found a long que of people waiting to buy tickets, with just one assistant behind the desk. The line grew longer as it took the assistant at times ten min to assist one ticket buying patron.
Several times the assistant left his post to go fetch change at the Take-Aways next to the cinema with no one to replace him.. After 35 min when I was 3 people from the front the manageress ventured behind the desk. I asked her why there was not more staff to help the gentleman behind the desk, She got quite huffy and told me in a very condescending tone that the management only employs one cashier as there was a row of automated ticket vending machines to buy tickets from. I told her that I do not want to use the automated machines she told me quite rudely, "Well that is not my problem! " and walked away. I do not expect this type of rude behaviour from a manager especially over a season when the cinemas are so busy.
I'd think twice before I use Ster Kinekor Parow centre again.
Please teach your managers some people skills.
