Bad Attitude and service

Myself and 3 friends went to Jiran yesterday (26 January 2014) well what a shocker!!! We had a complaint about the chocolate brownies (not fresh) we told the waiter and he told the Manageress as she was walking past our table and she straight out dismissed our complaint - she then proceeded to the kitchen and had a discussion with the chef and both of them dismissed our complaint - the manageress did not even come to our table to discuss this with us - when I asked the waiter to speak to her - she said we had to wait she is busy - R6 was deducted from our bill as an apology - when she eventually did venture over to our table all she said was 'I do apologize' Really service like that - it was the second time that I went to Jiran and the first time was amazing - but I will never go back there and I will never recommend them to anyone else 0315368123
