Poor service at Eastgate Cinema

Went to go see the 9am show of Ironman 3. Pre-booked my tickets online, to save time.
Got to the Cinema and most of the self help machines were out of order...
Eventually got my tickets printed and queued for the popcorn...
Only 1 assistant at the kiosk and the queue was looooong.
Eventually got to the front, after 30 minutes in the queue, only to be told the credit card machines do not work.
There was no signs posted anywhere, to warn customers.
Wasted 30 minutes in this queue, did not have enough cash on me and got to our seats after the movie has already started.
I am not a happy with the level of service I received at this Cinema.
