My wife and I are platinum card holders at Monte Casino. I cannot believe that from Saturday the 23rd Dec until yesterday 28th Dec (6 days) we have lost around R40, 0000.00 on various slot machines on the casino main floor. The real dissapointing machines been the King Kong Cash Bank. we have noticed a pattern over the past years from late December to early January the slot machines are set in the favor of the casino. For all this playing time we did not win one small jackpot. For the amount of money spent one would think we would at least hear from a slot manager and maybe even be offered a free drink on the main floor. The casino has been very busy over this period and I would love to know how much cash the Casino is racking in from us gambling fools. last night I bumped into numerous slot players grunting the same complaint, The Monte Casino Slots do not pay. My advise to the people out there, spend your hard earned cash somewhere else.
