Is this the only way to get a response from DSTV?

I was always happy with the customer service from DSTV, until one month ago. We sent Emails, spoke to agents, and we were told a couple of times that we will be contacted within 24 hours. It has been weeks now, and no response. We sent Emails, and even the automatic response says: .

We have received your email with your query.
We will give you feedback within the next day.

It has been one week now, and no feedback received! Come on??? It can't be that hard?
