On the 05/12/03 I found my TV suspended on the false claims that I owed over R500, this afternoon I took time off from work and drove to Atteridgelle to one of multichoice agents. The consultant confirmed that I do not owe anything and the next due date is on the 01/01/14 and my account is now activated and playing. I got home to find an E16 message claiming that I owe, I called DSTV call centre and was made to hold for over 15mins. This whole thing is becoming too costly for me as a client and multichoice does not seems to care at all, this company is abusing it's monopoly and dominance of the industry. Can't wait for the day for this evil company to have competition and costumers will have options. I will remember the bad service I have been receiving from this disgusting company. disgusted customer Nxaaa
