My wife and I went to Ster-Kinekor (Wonderpark mall) on Monday 09/12/2013. We waited for almost 5 minutes at the kiosk trying to buy popcorn. There was no one in front of us mind you, and these 2 cashiers just ignored us. When we tried to demand service from them, they just ignored us. The other one (Johannah Lebese) even had the audacity to argue with my wife regarding this matter.
The above mentioned lady in particular needs to learn a thing or 2 about basic customer service.
