Sucky Popcorn

I buy about 3 boxes a month of Ster-Kinekor Popz, and it is now been the second bag out of a box of microwave popcorn that is not sealed. My microwave ends up full of butter splatter, popcorn, and a of a lot of unpopped kernels. I end up with half a bag of popcorn every time. I emailed [Email Removed] twice, with pictures of the unsealed bags, and they do not reply. I think they do not value the customer, and forget about word of mouth, and the power of the consumer. I will not buy Ster-kinekor popz again. I will revert to ACT II or woolies popcorn rather, and i will also make sure everyone I know does the same.
