Bad serivice and bad condition

Hi I went to the ster kinekor last Tuesday to watch a movie and was shocked to find out that on Tuesday which is a half price day and a busy day and there where only two cashiers on duty myself and my wife waited almost 40 minutes for services although the line was short. The black lady cashiers was not bothered they took there time and joked and chatted amongst them selves and when we asked them about there bad service they just kept quiet. The I went to the toilet it was disgustingly filthy and no toilet paper at all. I then went to the kiosk to buy popcorn and the popcorn was stale apparently they make them in bulk and keep them in plastic bags this ridiculous and outreageous as we we pay high and raucously prices for them.
