Called your call centre today and spent almost R120 on telephone bill! Holding for almost 40 minutes to get through to speak to one of the agents!! PLEASE employ more people to assist customers! This is pathetic!!! By the time you get to speak to a consultant you are so livid that you take your frustrations out on them!! To be 52nd in line to speak to someone is just not on!!! Your service big time! EMPLOY MORE PEOPLE TO SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!
