Two hour wait to speak

I have been holding for more than two hours to speak to a consultant. I am wanting to sort something out, as I may be uncontactable for the next few days. I find this pathetic, that in this day and age that you need to hold this long to speak to a human being. If your establishment is in such great demand, then employ, train and equip more people to ensure convenient service for clients
