I have been phoning the call centre t arrange to make a payment.
I have gone through the menus time after time.
The menus do not allow you to speak to a person and none of the options apply.
This is completely useless!
This call centre system is the most un-user-friendly system.
How the do I get to speak to a person at Multichoice?
