Failure to refund my money

I am utterly disgusted by multichoice. I downgraded my services to compact, I was told how much I had to pay and paid it (R 300.00) and then I was debited R 578.22 which needs to be refunded to my bank. The challenge is that the call centre staff do not speak the same language some speak greek and some speak spanish and I don't speak neither of the languages. I get told different stories everytime I call and then today the last straw was when I was told I have been forward billed, I mean really!!! Is multichoice not sorting my budget on my behalf who said I have a problem paying next month? If you don't pay multichoice your services are cut within 3 days and you are further charged a reconnection fee but when you need whats yours it becomes a challenge and they start telling you about 7 working days and some staff members will tell you 14 working days and some will tell you that how they refund customers is covered in their terms and conditions. REALLY!! show me a line in those tac that says refunds will take up to 14 working days or longer. Disgusting, revolting and dispicable service.
