Long waiting times

Each time i call the call centre i have to hold on long periods of time and do even get through to an agent. Some time the call just drops . i have tried calling at different times of the day and it the same issue. please advise what is the standard waiting time.

the issue is that i have upgraded my subscription and my catch up is not working.
