I applied for a new line last week, today call to make a follow up, was told the phone is yet to get dispached but they will get a consultant who helped me to call, yet to get that call, this was after holding for a very long time, then I tried calling agai but this time the call was dropped (still had to hold for a long time) and now i just gave up, again after having waiting for almost 10 minutes, remember this call is not free as I am not using the 084 so time is money, what impression are you giving me, your new client?
