I installed Explora Extra view decoders. The installer Aerial Excellence in Edenvale had to return 3 times to get the installation correct. Every visit ended up without sorting out the installation. Every time I complained, they put me in the bottom of the list for the next call out technician. I contacted the DSTV call centre, but they could not or they did not want to help. How come that a customer has to wait in the queue to get a wrongfull installation corrected? It should be a priority call, ahead of new customers or new installations! How come that the holding company has no say, no power to force an installer to comply? Aerial Excellence show no remorse regarding the continued bad service. Neither did Multichoice/DSTV. Of course not: they have a monopoly and therefore do not care about the poor paying customer that has no competition to go to. This would not have happened in USA, where bad service is immediately cancelled as opposition exists.
