Bad attitude

Waiting in a line with lots of people wishing to purchase popcorn and other things, the lady behind the counter was counting stock and totally ignored the long line of people waiting for her to sell the goods. When confronted she said she was busy counting stock and turned around to carry on doing what she was doing. For people to be treated with that sort of attitude, I would think that better training by management or if she is not interested in her job that she was employed to do, perhaps she should look for something else that would suit her bad attitude
