Bad attitude

Ster Kinekor - I took my kids to movies, there was 2 people selling popcorn and cool drinks, my daughter went to a "second" line and was told to go and stand in the one very long que as this was not a que. She did this and at this point I joined her.. within the next few minutes more people created the second line and was served. We remained in the original line as instructed and walked into the movie as it started and missed all the pre-few movies.
