Booked the 16:45 show for Justin and the Knights of valor for my son and I online with my vitality card and Edgar's club card which I have been doing since it was introduced on android devices. Went into the line to purchase popcorn and coke and waited in the line for about 20 mins as the attendant was counting stock. The was so few people in the queue when I got there and after a short while there were rather irate patrons. No one seemed to know what was happening. I got to the entrance on the cinem to give my ticket at 16:50 and the attendant tells me the movie in not ready. I then go and have my ticket scanned by the new system that they have implemented, to which I Wea asked where is your vitality card. I have booked online for so long and not once have I been asked for it. No notification was given for us to carry it and all of a sudden when it suites them they ask for it. I have my 5 year old anxious son with me and had to go through such an inconvenience. I asked for the manag who seemed so unapologetic. Ther service and staff were so unhelpful and I would rather drive to no metro than get pathetic service than this again. I urge anyone who reads this to reconsider going der.
