Disgusting service - Refund my subs or cancel

I have not been able to view certain channels on my subscription for over a week now. Last week I called the contact centre on two occassions where I spent a very long time with the agents and nothing was resolved. One of the agents suggested that I take the decoder in to be checked. This I did today and was told that the reason I was getting error messages was because the software had not been upgraded properly whatever that means. Lo and behold we are back home and not only am I still getting the error messages but my second tv is now not working and this was working perfectly earlier. My brother has now been on a call for over 30 minutes atMY COST, he is dealing with someone who keeps on having to ask what must they do or say. My problem is now worse than when I took this decoder in and absolutely nothing was fiddled with on the second tv as we just removed the decoder. I would like to know what I am paying for because last week one of the messages I was getting was that I am not a subscriber to the premium service. Can someone sort this mess out urgently or kindly refund my subscription as clearly I am paying for a non existant service. PS. we are still on the phone...
