Disgusting way of treating staff

I was absolutely disgusted this morning when I was at Shoprite in Fish Hoek. While buying my newspaper at the frontline, a young cashier was coming over to the counter to get some bags as she walked away from her till, a black lady by the name of Miss Pam came screaming " what are you doing away from your till? " she did this so loud and rude, that is no way to speak to anyone, and using your position to verbally abuse staff is disgusting. This woman should be sent on some type of communications course because she has no respect and if that wasn't enough, she waits for an audience walks away and walks back to the girl and screams some more. The cashier who was helping me was so terrified of this woman that she didnt' want to give me the womans name, I had to ask two other people before I got her name, she is known as Miss Pam. These cashiers looked as if they were being victimised too scared to say anything, I recognise abuse like this and it is wrong. Someone better invest and send this woman on a course. It's nothing against Shoprite and this is no personal vendetta, but when you wrong you wrong, you don't humilate people like that. Using your position to press others down
