I am quite shocked that you seem to have people working for you that think when they phone a client that they can get all arrogant and snotty.

I have never in my life been told that "I don't understand why you are blowing your gasket" by an ignorant and arrogant and seemingly clueless woman working in your collections department

My account has never been in arrears, EVER, for the simple reason that you have a DEBIT ORDER on my account. I then get a phonecall from a person who demands that I must make a payment because my account Is in arrears and when I tell her that someone must have been incompetent or stupid to cancel my debit order, I get told that "No, you cancelled your debit order on the 5th of October"

Stupid arrogance like that does not entertain me especially since I was on a HOLIDAY in THAILAND during that time and I have never been stupid enough to cancel a debit order and think that I can just stop paying for purchases

I would suggest that you get your tea-girl to train this woman on how to be professional as I have been treated with more respect by a tea-girl at a car service station than the respect and service received from you!!

This is pathetic!
