Terrible business sense and disgraceful attitude

As a first time client from this "Business", it is absurd how she treats her clients. Firstly, I was approached my this woman stating she supplied contact lenses. As a regular user of contacts, I thought it a brilliant idea to get a different supplier. She claimed that she could get them at a lower rate and that they were of better quality than those supplied by others. She asked that I spread the word and that I would get 1 pair of contact lenses for free for every 10 I order from her. When a few of my friends and I placed orders with her, she requested that a FULL payment was to be made into her bank account before she would place orders. Where in dear life does ANYONE pay in FULL before any orders are placed?! That's against the consumer act!!! I then placed an order and received stock and got the payment from friends who ordered. As a buy business woman myself, she went on like a woman possessed about R600!!! I've deposited the R600 and R400 on top of that for my next order. And to top things off, she is now deliberately delaying my order for her own benefit! Personal attitude is disgraceful!!! Never order from this woman!!!
