On 18-01-2013 I overpaid my dstv acc I then called them on the 19-01-13 I spoke to Xolani and I explained to him and he then said I will be refunded within 5 days. On 25-01-13 I called again and I spoke to Thabiso and he said I will only get my money within 7-14 days. Today on 31-01-12 I called again and I spoke to Lucky and he told me that I will have to fax a stamped bank statement with a copy of my id and a letter why I over paid. I then asked him to transfer me to his supervisor and I spoke to a guy called Bheki who also told me the same story I then told him that I am not satisfied with their service and why was I not told the first time that I should forward documents. All hecould says is that if I want my money then I must forward the documents. Dstv's customer service big time
