HD Decoder Paid for and not delivered

I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks since paying for my HD decoder to be delivered. Every time it is being escalated to "someone" in the backoffice. NO ONE PHONES ME BACK OR CAN TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. If this is the way they want to do business it may be easier to go back to DSTV (after being a subscriber since the start of TopTV)
