DSTV keeps disconnecting me

Beginning of October my DSTV Premium got suspended. According to the callcentre, a person said it had something to due with paying in January, and I told her I paid for a yearly subscription on 27 November 2012, thus couldn't see the logic. Anyway, got everything reconnected, and then on the 16th of October it happened again, this time the lady said it looked like my account is in arrears, and after telling her it's not she saw my yearly payment and re-activated me. The worst was still to come, as the resetting of the decoders didn't work, and she was eventually forced to remove all my decoders and recreated everything. I had to phone the following day because my Drifta was still not working, which got resolved eventually. Last night the same exact thing happened, and according to the DSTV website, I was in arrears of over R2000, and I was even charged reconnection fees of R50. How's that possible since I paid for a yearly subscription already. I am so disgusted, and I don't even feel like renewing my yearly subscription at the end of the month. Maybe just use that money to rather go to the movies every weekend...!!! They better make this up to me or I take my business somewhere e
