Billed twice in October

My PVR broke down at the end of September, and I decided to purchase the new Explora. This was installed and after a few calls up and down to Multichoice, it eventually started to work a few days later. My setup at home is an Explora and an Xtraview decoder in my bedroom. One subscription of R690 per month covering the Explora and Xtraview.

I went into my bank account a few days ago, and saw that Multichoice billed me for 2 subscriptions on 3 October - R1317 and some change. How is this possible? I phoned Multichoice yesterday, 31 November, and after being cut off numerous times and after spending 20 minutes per call on the phone I was cut off again. Just before I was cut off I was told that everything should be back to normal - ie Xplora and Xtraview on one subscription - R690.

Checking my account on dstv's website this morning, I see that I will be billed again this month - R690. Surely there must be credit due to me as I did not authorize a second subscription at the beginning of October?

Please respond as this is not the first time this is happening. I have been a loyal customer for many years and this is unacceptable.
