Worst service you'll ever receive

Every time I have rented from these clowns something is wrong. Most recently on the day that delivery is to be made the castles motor is faulty and they don't have any other. Eventually when they rocked up there is 3 motors on back of bakkie. We booked a 4x4 with roof and closed side specifically since it was a birthday party with small children. When we inflated it, it was a 3x3 with open sides and no roof. Needless to say Bonny was unreachable! After leaving messages and trying to call she picked up the castle again on the Monday with no apology or excuse or whatever. So that is fine with her and you as client just have to shut up and take what she gives you. Never ever will I do business with them again. And Bonny remember other parents goes to these parties and your terrible services spread like wild fire!
