Dynamic Parties - Terrible!!!

This company is terrible, I booked online, and all was fine, i phoned the week before my sons party and all was still fine, but on the morning of the party, i phoned her again and she didnt even know who i was?? she then uses the excuse her father died, Well she is an agency, she is not the clown, why should a death in the family cause her not have a clown ready when it was ordered 3 weeks before then time?? she tries to cancel the clown, and my mother took the call over and then shirlee said that someone must fetch the clown, so desperate as we are, my husband fetches the clown, where another woman and her baby tag along?? using up our petrol? and then the advert for her clowns are suppose to be for 2 hours? it lasted 30 min?

balloon making and face painting took up 20 min, making it a total of 30min, she then says she is finished???
once confronted that the advert said 2 hours? she then takes then kids outside to play hide the teddy?
this is the worst service ever!!!
