I ordered a camera and received it a week early. All excited i go pick it up and it is the wrong stuff. I returned the order with much regret and posted a complaint on the website. I received a call from Bonny who was very apologetic and advised me she will look into it.
Long story short she managed to give me more than I asked for and kept me up to date every step of the way (20 emails between us).
I wish more people were like her as this is was customer services should be like.
