No place for kiddies Birthday Party

My husband went into the Sput Wild Eagle on Wenesday 25 September 13 to enquire about the process of Birthday parties, he told the staff memeber who helped him that we want to book for the 05th of October 2013 for my sons birthday.
He told the person we are not sure about the no's yet and the person told him we can phone on Monday, so today I phone to book for 14 people and I was advised they are full booked. The manager Brenda says parties should be booked 3 to 4 months in advance so why was this not told to my husband when he went there to enquire about that and now I am left with the problem of finding another venue.
So I will just go there with all the people and wait untill there is enough tables open for all of us and we will have a party anyway and believe me this will cause alot of other complaints from customers.
